Each time a patient misses an appointment without providing proper notice, another patient is prevented from receiving care. Therefore, the Group reserves the right to charge a fee for all missed appointments as well as appointments that are not cancelled with a 24-hour advance notice. “No Show” fees will be billed to the patient at a rate of $99 for a therapy visit and $150 for a psychiatry visit. This fee is not covered by insurance, and must be paid prior to your next appointment. Multiple “no shows” in any 12-month period may result in termination from our practice. An appointment is considered missed or “no show” if a patient is late by 15 minutes for a therapy or initial psychiatry visit. An appointment is considered missed or “no show” if a patient is more than 5 minutes late for a follow-up psychiatric visit.
