Confirming your insurance benefits:
If you are new to Path and interested in receiving personalized care from a licensed expert, get started by filling out the psychiatry registration form and providing your insurance details. After completing the form, you will receive an email outlining your coverage and costs within 2 business days.
If you are an existing patient, you will receive an overview of coverage and costs after we have received your request for a psychiatry appointment.
Self-pay rates:
In the event that your insurance does not cover psychiatry sessions, Path offers the following self-pay rates:
- 60-minute initial psychiatric session = $350
- 30-minute psychiatric follow-up sessions = $150
